She brings a creative flair and passion for developing unique and memorable events of all kinds. Mildred is also a dedicated advocate for mental health, focusing on empowering women and raising awareness about the impacts of sexual abuse and domestic violence. Her commitment to supporting others extends beyond events, as she seeks to create safe spaces and meaningful conversations around healing and growth. With over eight years of experience as a Medical Assistant, I bring a comprehensive understanding of patient care and healthcare operations to the mental health facility. My strong background in medical billing and coding, supported by a two-year certification, equips me to effectively manage insurance needs and streamline billing processes. This dual expertise not only enhances patient experiences by ensuring accurate and timely claims but also contributes to the overall efficiency of the facility. Mrs. Lakitha Thomas began her educational career 22 years ago and currently serves as a Professional School Counselor in Pasadena ISD. She is dedicated to creating supportive ,engaging, and inclusive environments that empower students to achieve their fullest potential. Lakitha is passionate about supporting students' social-emotional well-being and brings a compassionate approach to her role. In addition, Lakitha is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate, and provides therapeutic services to women and children in a group practice setting, where she focuses on fostering resilience and growth. Separately, as a Qualified Mental Health Professional at Miracles in May, LLC, she provides psychotherapy, skills training, and development support to youth in CPS custody, foster care, and Residential Treatment Centers (RTCs). She is committed to delivering recovery-oriented mental health services for children a d teens with behavioral challenges, as well as adults with severe mental illness. Lakitha holds both a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work and a Master’s Degree in Counseling from Prairie View A&M University. As a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated, she actively engages in community service. Lakitha is also a member of New Faith Church in Houston, Texas, where she mentors youth ages 14-18 as part of the E’nstyle Ministry. In her personal life, she treasures time spent with her husband, extended family, and friends.

Christina Roberts is a dedicated wife, mother, and grandmother. Married to her husband David for 33 years, they have built a beautiful family with three daughters and four grandchildren, who are the light of their lives. Christina pursued her education at the National Institute of Technology, where she studied to become a Medical Assistant. For over 12 years, Christina has worked in customer service and reception roles, bringing her compassionate nature to the forefront in helping others. In her free time, she enjoys crafting, taking peaceful walks, and cherishing the simple joys of life. Though naturally an introvert, Christina is actively working on expanding her social skills and stepping outside of her comfort zone. Her journey reflects a love for family, the outdoors, and a continuous desire for personal growth and connection with others.

Amy Cummins started her law enforcement career in 1999 as a Reserve officer at the Waller County Constables Office. She was also an advocate against Sexual Assault and Domestic Violence. She led a march in April of 2002 called “Take Back the Night” for all of the sexual assault/molestation survivors that attended the university as well as attempting to spread awareness. She performed numerous presentations, classes, and was the liaison between her district and the police department. In 2011 she was offered the opportunity to become the Victim Service Coordinator for the Sugar Land Police Department. That has been the highlight of her law enforcement career. Her duties as the Victim Service Coordinator was being in charge of assisting victims of person’s crimes in advocacy, crisis counseling, education, relocation and safety measures, as well as keeping a strong rapport with officers to assist them in times of need. She has received her Bachelors of Science Degree, majoring in Psychology and a Master Peace Officer. She is a survivor of years of sexual abuse and rape and believes that her servants heart called her to law enforcement.

Ursula Wright is a lifelong resident of Fort Bend County, Ursula Wright is deeply passionate about helping others. Guided by her unwavering commitment to service and the transformative power of education, she empowers individuals by providing them with knowledge and opportunities. Ursula has dedicated countless hours to various organizations, including The Kendleton Floral Club, The Greater Houston Frontiers Club, and The Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo Calf Scramble Committee. With over 20 years of experience as a Human Resources professional, Ursula brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her work. She and her husband of 25 years, Carey, have three children. Together, they have mentored and supported hundreds of graduating seniors through the college application and scholarship process. For Ursula and her family, the true measure of a life is found in service to others.
